Alyson Court, located at 5807 S. Gallup Street, Littleton, contains 60 subsidized, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment homes on three floors for seniors and disabled adults. Rent includes all
utilities except for electricity.

The pre-application list is scheduled to open online only at https://onlineportal.smho.co at 8 am on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, and will close at 5 pm on Thursday, August 6, 2020. 

Pre-applications will be available online only, no paper pre-applications will be available or accepted.  Please note that a valid email address is required.

Placement on the waitlist will be based on preference(s) and date/time of application.
