Montview Flats offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Below are examples of some of the unit layouts offered.

• This property is income-restricted, but not income based
• Applicants must have income of at least 1.5 times the monthly rent amount
• The Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent
• Application fee of $30 is required for each household member 18 years of age and older
• Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted
• A valid email address is required

Our Resident Services team offers SMHO residents an additional layer of support by providing resources, information, and connections to area programs and services providers, and resident events to foster a sense of community.  

Resident Services works closely with residents and property management to identify residents’ goals and needs, develop strategies to link residents with needed services, and provide educational opportunities on many topics that cover health and safety, financial education, computer literacy, arts and crafts, fraud awareness, and more. They also seek out opportunities for residents to familiarize themselves with their community, become more engaged and increase their quality of life.
