Montview Flats is the newest affordable housing development from South Metro Housing Options. Expected to finish in 2026, the four-story building offers 50 new rental units. Located in downtown Littleton, Montview Flats is within walking distance of Arapahoe Community College, the Regional Transportation District (RTD) light rail, and bus lines.
The new affordable housing has fitness and community rooms, an outdoor courtyard with play area, and stunning mountain views.
There are one-bedroom and two-bedroom units available.

Resident Services works closely with residents and property management to identify residents’ goals and needs, develop strategies to link residents with needed services, and provide educational opportunities on many topics that cover health and safety, financial education, computer literacy, arts and crafts, fraud awareness, and more. They also seek out opportunities for residents to familiarize themselves with their community, become more engaged and increase their quality of life.
