SMHO is about to open two (2) waiting lists on October 12, beginning at 8 am, for Amity Plaza and Bradley House. The waitlists will remain open until November 6 at 5 pm.

Pre-application lists for these properties are scheduled to open online only at https://onlineportal.smho.co at 8 am on Monday, October 12, 2020, and will remain open until 5 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020.

Pre-applications will be available online only, no paper pre-applications will be available or accepted. Please note that a valid email address is required.

After you have submitted your pre-application, you will be able to check your status online at any given time and you will be able to update your information as needed. Please remember you MUST maintain current contact information at all times.
