The two-bedroom waitlist for Sierra Vista Apartments, located at 8851 E. Florida Avenue, Denver, CO 80247, is scheduled to open on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 8 am through Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 5 pm. Pre-applications are being accepted online only at onlineportal.smho.co through that time. Please note that a valid email address is required. This waitlist opening is for 2-bedroom units only. Placement on the waitlist will be based on date/time of application.

After submitting your pre-application, you can check your status online anytime through the portal and can update your information as needed. Please remember to always maintain current contact information in our system.

The recently-renovated affordable apartment complex is owned and managed by The Itex Group. This is an income-qualified property (tax credit) with project-based rental assistance (PBRA) administered through SMHO. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent. If you do not have access to a computer or internet, you can complete your application online by visiting Bemis Public Library. Get their address and hours at bemis.marmot.org. You may visit other public libraries in your area as well. If you need an email address, there are many free services available to create one, including Google.
