Sierra Vista Apartments are located at 8851 E. Florida Avenue, Denver, CO 80247. The newly renovated, affordable apartment complex is owned and managed by The Itex Group. This is an income restricted property (tax credit) with project-based rental assistance administered through SMHO. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent. Please note that SMHO is opening the 2-bedroom waitlist only.

Pre-application list for this property is scheduled to open online only at onlineportal.smho.co at 8 am on Saturday, April 30, 2022, and will remain open until 5 pm on Friday, May 20, 2022.  This link may also be accessed by visiting our website at smho.co.

Pre-applications will be available online only, no paper pre-applications will be available or accepted.  Please note that a valid email address is required.

Placement on the waitlist will be based on date/time of application.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can complete your application by visiting Bemis Public Library. You may check their website for hours of operation at www.littletongov.org/city-services/city-departments/bemis-library.  You may also try other public libraries in your area.
