The waitlist for Alyson Court Apartments, located at 5807 S. Gallup Street, Littleton, is scheduled to open Monday, July 24 at 8 am through Friday, July 28 at 4 pm. Pre-applications are being accepted online only at bit.ly/alysoncourt-apply through that time. Placement on the waitlist is based on the date and time of the application.

Alyson Court features one-bedroom, one-bath apartment homes on three floors serving adults age 62+ and adults with disabilities. The property includes secure entrances, elevators, a community room with a large kitchen, games, and a piano, and an outside patio with a grill. Rent includes all utilities except for electricity. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent.

Pre-applications will be available online only, no paper pre-applications will be available or accepted. Please note that a valid email address is required.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can complete your application by visiting Bemis Public Library. Get their address and hours at bemis.marmot.org. You may also try other public libraries in your area. If you need an email address, there are many free services available to create one, including Google.

• One application per family can be accepted or the applications will be rejected.

• Applications submitted after the list is closed will not be accepted.
