The main office for South Metro Housing Options (SMHO), located on Rapp Street just a block away from historic downtown Littleton, has undergone external enhancements thanks to the City of Littleton’s Revitalization Incentive Grant (RIG). This year, SMHO was awarded $8,000 in RIG funds to refurbish and paint the building’s exterior. The Rapp Street location not only houses SMHO but also supports 22 other commercial tenants, contributing to Littleton’s vibrant business community.
