The construction of Overlook was completed in January 2024, with the first residents moving in shortly after. The property features 51 one-bedroom units with quality details such as in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, and free WIFI throughout the building. This property serves a critical need in our community by offering more affordable housing options for seniors.

Established in 1990, the Eagle Award represents one of the highest achievements for the Colorado housing community. This prestigious award celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments and outstanding leadership in housing and support services.
