SMHO residents who need maintenance on their apartment or home may submit a work order via phone, email, or the submission form below.

 

Emergency Work Orders: Please call (303) 794-9608 anytime. Maintenance staff are on-call 24/7 for emergencies. These work orders are considered a priority due to a serious concern. An emergency is considered anything that threatens life or safety, or causes property damage.

NON-Emergency Work Orders: Submit a regular work order anytime by sending an email to workorders@smho.co, or use the form below. Residents may also contact their property staff directly by phone or in person at the leasing office.
