Integrated Family Community Services (IFCS) is offering limited rent payment assistance to qualified candidates through April 17, 2023. Interested persons must first submit a Pre-Application Assessment to determine eligibility to apply. Those extended an application are not guaranteed assistance. The process of determining eligibility to receive help with rent is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis and follows strict guidelines from the program’s funder. Not all who apply will qualify. Not all who apply will receive assistance.

It is highly encouraged all interested persons continue to seek assistance with rent from other providers. We suggest reaching out to the 2-1-1 Mile High United Way Help Desk to connect with other nonprofits and government agencies in your area.

Households that have received a summons from the Arapahoe County Court showing a date for an eviction hearing may be eligible to apply for emergency assistance. To apply, please visit the Arapahoe County website.
