You can now join a SMHO property waiting list at any time! We will be opening four (4) of our property waiting lists indefinitely beginning Tuesday, December 5 at 8 a.m. These lists will remain open with no closing date, making it easier and more convenient to find affordable housing in Littleton.

The properties are:

• Alyson Court – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
• Amity Plaza – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
• Bradley House – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
• Overlook at Powers Park – serving adults age 62 and over

Each property has different qualifications, which can be located on each property’s website page.

Applications must be completed online, and can be accessed through the green “Apply Here” button located on each property’s page. A valid email address is required to apply.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can complete your application by visiting Bemis Public Library. Get their address and hours at bemis.marmot.org. You may also visit other public libraries in your area. If you need an email address, there are many free services available to create one, including Google and Yahoo.

After you have submitted your pre-application, you will be able to check your status online at any given time and you will be able to update your information as needed. Please remember you MUST always maintain current contact information.

These properties offer affordable one-bedroom apartment homes in great locations. Property features include secure entrances, elevators, on-site laundry, off-street parking, and community spaces inside and outside.
