Beginning in 2021, Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver (Habitat) and South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) are excited to begin renovating 59 existing houses throughout Littleton. These homes will be converted into affordable homes that will be sold to buyers making up to 80% of the area median income.

These 59 homes vary in size (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms) and are located throughout the Littleton community. Renovations will begin in 2021, and Habitat anticipates that the first homes might be available to purchase in the spring/summer 2021 time frame. Properties will be added to Habitat Metro Denver’s Homes for Sale webpage as they become available over the course of two years.
