Project Based Vouchers Program Opens March 20th, 2026

The waiting list for the South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) Project Based Vouchers (PBV) for Sierra Vista Apartments will open for one day only, Friday, March 20th, 2026, from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. or until the threshold is met.

No paper pre-applications are available or accepted — they must be submitted through the online portal.

Placement on the waitlist will be based on the date and time the application is submitted.

If you need access to a computer/internet, your local library, including Bemis Public Library, can provide free service in which to complete an online application.

Please note:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply

• A valid email address is required

• Enter only one application per family — or the applications will be rejected

• Applications cannot be accepted after the list is closed

After a pre-application is submitted, applicants can check their status online anytime and update their information as needed. Applicants MUST maintain current contact information at all times.
