South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) will open the waitlist for Project Based Vouchers on Wednesday, October 4 at 8 a.m. Applications must be completed online at smho.co/project-based-vouchers. A valid email address is required to apply.

Project Based Vouchers (PBV) tie a rental subsidy to a specified unit and bedroom size at participating SMHO communities. Preference will be given to applicants age 62+ for our newest property Overlook at Powers Park. The waitlist is not first come, first served as certain preferences will apply and applications will be ranked for placement as such. Please contact SMHO at (303) 794-9608 with questions about the selection process.

Applications must be completed online. If you do not have access to a computer, you can complete your application by visiting Bemis Public Library. Get their address and hours at bemis.marmot.org. You may also visit other public libraries in your area. If you need an email address, many free services are available to create one, including Google and Yahoo.
