With all trades onsite and working together, the development of our newest property, Overlook at Powers Park, is advancing steadily. Once finished, this apartment complex will offer 51 affordable housing units for seniors (age 62+) in Littleton. The building will cover an area of 50,313 square feet and will boast amenities such as a lobby, an outdoor courtyard, a dedicated fire pit, and BBQ spaces.
