Waitlist for Alyson Court & Bradley House Open May 30 – June 10, 2022
The pre-application list for Alyson Court and Bradley House will open at the same time on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 8 am, and will close at 5 pm on Friday June 10, 2022. Applications are accepted online only at onlineportal.smho.co.
Both are project-based rental assistance properties administered through SMHO. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income in rent. This waitlist opening is for one-bedroom units only.
No paper pre-applications are available or accepted — they must be submitted through the online portal.
Placement on the waitlist will be based on the date and time the application is submitted.
If someone needs access to a computer, they can complete their application online by visiting Bemis Public Library, or any other public library.
Please note:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- A valid email address is required
- Enter only one application per family — or the applications will be rejected
- Applications cannot be accepted after the list is closed
After a pre-application is submitted, applicants can check their status online anytime and update their information as needed. Applicants MUST maintain current contact information at all times.
Alyson Court Apartments are located at 5807 S. Gallup St, Littleton, CO 80120. Bradley House Apartments are located at 5844 S. Datura St, Littleton, CO 80120.
