Pre‐applications will be available online only; no paper pre‐applications will be available or accepted. Please note that a valid email address is required. Placement on the waitlist will be based on preference(s) and date/time of application.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can complete your application by visiting Bemis Public Library. Check their website for hours of operation. You may also try other public libraries in your area.
