Kate Peterson
Chairperson
Kate joined the Board of Commissioners in April 2021. She brings an extensive background in communications and real estate, with an emphasis on community development and affordable housing. She has worked with Mercy Housing since 2006 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Policy. Kate is excited to give back where she lives.
Aubrey Ebbs
Vice Chairperson
Aubrey joined the Board of Commissioners in April 2019. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University in Business Management. Ms. Ebbs is an Executive Vice President with FirstBank and works in the Southeast Market. She has been with the company since 2006, and has extensive experience in residential and commercial lending, including affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financing. Ms. Ebbs is a Littleton native and is happy to be raising her family in the same community where she grew up.
Pat Cronenberger
Commissioner
Pat worked in policy development in the areas of land use, transportation, and aging and disability resources at the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) for 7 years until 2014. Prior to joining DRCOG she served as a Littleton council member, mayor and mayor pro tem for 15 years. She is a founder/Vice Chair of the Littleton Leadership Academy and serves on the South Metro Land Conservancy board.

Kelly Milliman
Commissioner
Kelly is a Louisiana native and graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Marketing. She and her husband moved to Littleton in 2001 to raise their two, now adult, children. Kelly went back to school in the early 2000s and received her nursing degree from Arapahoe Community College. She has been an employee of Children’s Hospital Colorado since 2007 and truly loves her career as a nurse. Kelly completed the Littleton Leadership Academy in 2018 and decided to give back to the community by running for Littleton City Council, where she served as a member for 4 years. She is passionate about affordable housing and joined the Board of Commissioners in August 2024. She also volunteers with the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley.
